Nick has been a life-long resident of Winona. During his college years in Montana he majored in Music. He has been involved with may area bands and continues to play on occasion.
Nick has been in the real estate business for over 26 years. He received the Winona Area Realtor of the Year Award in 1992 and has continued to be one of Edina Realty's top agents.
Nick is involved in the Rotary Club, YMCA and various realtor committees. Nick is married and has 3 wonderful children. His hobbies include golfing, music, and is passionate about collector cars. |

DeAnne Forsythe was born and raised in Winona and still resides in Winona with her best friend Kirby, her german shepherd K9.
DeAnne has been in real estate for over 9 years. And received the Winona Area Realtor of the Year Award in 2002.
Nick and DeAnne put their efforts together in January of 2001 to better serve their clients. With a combined effort, they are able to offer service 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In her free time, DeAnne enjoys golfing, exercising, camping and vacationing.
